At Casaza, we want you to be aware of how we collect, use, share, and protect information we learn about you.  By interacting with us through our websites and mobile applications, you consent to the use of your information as described in this Privacy Policy.  We may revise this Privacy Policy periodically, so we encourage you to review it as often as you feel necessary.

Casaza Information Collection
We and our partners may use cookies, web beacons, and other technologies to receive and store data about you whenever you visit our website.  This information helps us identify you through your devices.  These technologies also may also help us to prevent fraud or other harmful activities.

We may also allow third-party companies to place tags on our digital properties.  Our Privacy Policy does not cover these third-party companies.

Cross-Context and Cross-Device Identification, Advertising, Personalization, and Advertising Attribution
We merge data collected from and our mobile apps.  Examples of the data we collect include: cookie IDs, device Advertising IDs (such as Apple and Google’s Advertising Identifiers); your interaction with our online and mobile advertisements, your transactions and browsing history, and other advertisements.  We also collect information about the about ads we serve, your interaction with the ad, as which ad was served, and the URLs from marketing partners; demographic and other information regarding your likely commercial interests from third parties; the email address we have on file for you; any Registry information you have provided us; and other information we may find useful.  This data allows us to see your web activity on Casaza websites, app activity on Casaza apps, and interactions with our online and mobile advertisements, to create a single set of information from all of the various contexts with which we interact with you.  It helps us improve your experience by delivering better advertising, including social media advertising, email advertising or paid search advertising.  We may also share information on the performance of our ads and marketing with partners in aggregate form.

We may also be able to identify you by linking your various devices.  This allows us to deliver more relevant advertising to you.  We also measure the performance our ads and share information on advertising performance to our partners in aggregate form.

Third-Party Automated Collection and Interest-Based Advertising
Casaza may also join other partners in interest-based advertising (IBA).  We may use information from our partners to display ads targeted to your interests based on your browsing and shopping history.  We may also provide ad-related services such as ad delivery, reporting, attribution, analytics, and market research.

We allow third-party companies to collect information when you visit our websites or use our mobile applications.  This information is used to serve ads for Casaza products or services or for the products or services of other companies when you visit this website or other websites.

Our Do Not Track Policy
We do not respond to browser “do not track” signals.

Mobile Location Information
If you use a mobile device, your device might share location information with us.  We use your location information to improve our services, and provide you more direct advertisements, services, or promotions.

Social Media
We may connect with you on social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram.  If you communicate with us on one of our social media platforms, your interactions with us are governed by this privacy policy as well as the privacy policy of the social media platform.

Social Media Widgets
Our sites and mobile applications include social media features, such as the Facebook Like button, Pinterest and Twitter widgets, Google Plus widgets.  These features may collect information about you such as which page you’re visiting on our site.  They may set a cookie or use similar tracking technologies.  Social media features and widgets may be hosted by a third party.  Your interactions with those features and widgets are governed by the privacy policies of the companies that provide them.

Information from Other Sources

Casaza Subsidiaries and Affiliates
We share the information we collect internally, which includes all our subsidiaries and affiliates.  We may share the information we collect with vendors that provide support services to us (such as printers, e-mail providers, mobile marketing services, analytics providers, payment processors, fraud prevention, data enhancement services, shipping services providers, etc.) or that help us market our products and services.  These companies may need information about you in order to perform their functions.

We may disclose your information when we believe disclosure is appropriate to comply with the law; to enforce or apply agreements; to facilitate the financing, securitization, insuring, sale, assignment, bankruptcy, or disposal of all or part of our business or assets; or to protect the rights of our company or others.

We may share aggregate information, also known as non-identifiable information, with our partners for lawful purposes.

What Choices Do You Have?
If you do not wish to receive promotional e-mails from us, you can choose to unsubscribe from via the unsubscribe link included in each promotional e-mail.  This opt-out does not apply to operational emails.

Mobile: Text Messages
We may send text messages you have consented to receive.  You can cancel text messages at any time by texting “STOP”.  After you send “STOP”, we may send you an additional text message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed.

Mobile: Push Notifications
You may opt-out from allowing Casaza to send you push notifications by adjusting the permissions in your mobile device.  This opt out does not apply to in app notifications.

Mobile: Geo-Location
You may prevent your mobile device from sharing your location data by adjusting the permissions on your mobile device or within the relevant app.

Mobile: Uninstall a Casaza Mobile Application
You can stop all further collection of information by a Casaza mobile application by uninstalling the Casaza mobile application.  You may use the standard uninstall process available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.  If you re-install the application on the same device, Casaza will be able to re-associate this identifier to your previous transactions and activities.

Cookies, Tracking, and Interest-Based Advertising
The help function of your browser should contain instructions on how to set your computer to handle cookies.  If you set your device to not receive cookies at any time, some services will not be provided to you, and accordingly, you will not be able to take full advantage of all of our features.

California Residents
If you are a California resident, you can request that we disclose the categories of information we have shared with third parties during the preceding calendar year.

If you are a California resident under 18 years old and a registered user, you can request that we remove content or information that you have posted to our website or other online services.
